CHENNAI: More than 500 families living in TVH Lumbini Square apartments in Purasawalkam in Chennai have today responded in a duty bound manner thanking the doctors, nurses and paramedical staff for their great service in the battle against Coronavirus.
On 22nd March 2020, residents in this large apartment complex in Chennai, have appeared in their flats’ balconies as per the PM Mr.Modi’s appeal at 5 p.m. and clapped in appreciation of the selfless service of Health Department personnel, doctors, nurses and all those involved in health sector for their role in prevention and containing the spread of Coronavirus- COVID-19- in Tamil Nadu and all over the country.
There are around 3,000 people in TVH Lumbini Square apartments (500 families), in six towers of 18 floors, at Bricklin Road in Purasaiwalkkam in Chennai, according to information received today, a large number of them turned up in their balconies and acknowledged the great selfless service by health teams in this crisis situation.
