Black Cats took part in mock drill by NSG commandos at Lok Bhavan in Chennai on June 12th 2026 .
CHENNAI: A joint counter-terrorism mock drill exercise was conducted at Lok Bhavan in Chennai today-June 12th 2026- by the Chennai hub of National Security Guards (NSG) along with Tamil Nadu Commando Force, CRPF and Chennai Police.
Black Cats led the high intensity mock exercise to test the preparedness for terror contingencies and hostage-like scenarios in an urban environment, according to a press release from Lok Bhavan in Chennai today.
“This drill focused on swift response, close coordination, crisis management, evacuation support and coordination among security agencies. NSG commandos showed their speed, precision and professionalism in their response to complex counter terrorism situations. The participation of State and Central agencies strengthens further the response framework and operational preparedness,” the press release said.
