MADURAI: Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Mr.Piyush Goyal had today lashed out at the present DMK government in Tamil Nadu by stating that the priority of Chief Minister Mr.M.K.Stalin and his DMK team is corruption, commission and collection.
“There is a rowdy atmosphere in Tamil Nadu right now under the present DMK government. It is drugs and ganja everywhere in this top State which is known for its famous temples, culture and heritage. I am also a parent of two children. Please look at the current law and order situation in Tamil Nadu, and the crimes against women. The future of Tamil Nadu’s youngsters is held hostage by DMK government due to drug menace. So, the voting day on April 23rd 2026 is an important day for the people of Tamil Nadu and your vote should help for removing the present DMK government. The message is for a change…for a good government in this great State of Tamil Nadu without a rowdy atmosphere on the streets,” Mr.Piyush Goyal has appealed from Madurai today-April 12th 2026.
The top BJP leader and Union Minister Mr.Piyush Goyal was addressing a large gathering of influential people at an interaction meeting organized by the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry here today by inviting representatives from trade and industry along with professionals from various spheres of life.

That change of DMK government is good for the people, business, youth , women etc. Our PM Mr.Modi thinks always about the progress and development of great Tamil Nadu. On the votes counting day May 4th, our AIADMK chief Mr.Edappadi Palanisamy will become CM and I appeal to the voters in Madurai to think twice and avoid any mistake while casting their vote on April 23rd 2026.
