How to keep youth healthy in mind and body?: Delhi conference delivers ideas for stress-free life

NEW DELHI: With an objective to promote health and balanced lifestyle awareness among the youth, a national conference on youth health awareness was organized at India International Centre in Delhi by inviting youth delegates from various States.

The national conference which focused on healthy leaders for the future was held under the aegis of Aarogya Srijan Nyas on September 20th 2025.

Former Minister Dr.Ravindra Shukla, who was the chief guest for the inaugural session of the national conference, had emphasized on Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi’s efforts for developed India and the importance of maintaining good health to achieve that goal.

Mr.Amitabh Khare, former administrative officer, spoke about balanced mind and awakened consciousness while another guest speaker Dr.Neelam Singh had urged the youngsters to give importance for physical health and then put their mind towards their life goals, according to a press release received from Aarogya Srijan Nyas yesterday.

MIND AND THE BODY:

Corporate trainer and motivational speaker Dr.Umesh Sharma explained about the power of thoughts and how our thoughts directly impact our body. He gave practical tips for leading a stress-free life with positive mindset.

At this conference, several individuals who have made significant contributions to the field of health were honoured and they include Mrs.Savita Singh, Mr.Sonu Kumar, Mr.Tarun Kumar, Mr.Vaibhav Sinha and Mr.Ajay Kumar Jha, the press release said.

Among those who addressed the delegates were environmentalist Virendra Suryavanshi and Mr.Yagyadev Choubey. “The message from this conference is that healthy youth are the foundation for a strong and developed India. And, an effort was made by Aarogya Sarjan Trust to increase health awareness,” the press note added.
