CHENNAI: If a two-wheeler rider meets with an accident without wearing helmet, the impact of injury reaches brain immediately depending on the severity and the person gets crippled for the rest of the life and thereby become a burden to themselves and to the family. But if they wear helmet, it absorbs the impact of injury and it protects the brain, and so all those who are riding two-wheelers should wear helmet while driving.
