MADURAI: A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Madurai Kamaraj University College and Kalaignar Centenary Library in Madurai today-July 10th 2025, to promote reading habit among students and prepare for competitive examinations with learning knowledge.
This collaboration which was signed by both the institutions will empower students with skill-based learning and for their future career, a press release has informed today.
The MKU College is a constituent college of Madurai Kamaraj University with more than 4,000 students in 14 departments and it is under the direct administration of MKU, the media release added.
Dr.B.George, Principal in-charge, MKU College-Madurai, Dr.P.Kabilan, vice-principal and Dr.L.Sangeetha, librarian had signed the MoU on behalf of the college while the Chief Librarian and Information Officer of Kalaignar Centenary Library Dr.V.Dinesh Kumar along with senior library team of KLC- Mr. V.Santhanakrishnan, Dr.J.Jebajoslin, Mrs.V.O.Saritha and assistant librarians, information officers and other librarians.
