MADURAI: Tamil Nadu Governor Mr.Banwarilal Purohit has promulgated an Ordinance today- on 4th September 2020- amending the Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939 (Second Amendment Ordinance,2020). This is to contain the spread of COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu and various safety measures announced by the State government.
