MADURAI: Today evening, on 29th August 2020, the Central government has issued UNLOCK 4.0 guidelines to State governments. The Union Ministry of Home Affairs has said that Metro Rail will be commenced in a phased manner from 7th September 2020. The relaxations will be in a phased manner and in different dates in the UNLOCK 4.0 for COVID-19 lockdown being implemented across India to contain Corona virus spread.
