CII’s Young Indians’ press meet in Madurai on July 16th 2026 for the ‘YiFi Summit 2026’.
MADURAI: A top national level entrepreneurship summit is going to take place in Madurai on July 17th and July 18th 2026 as a convergence meet of top entrepreneurs from across the country particularly the family business leaders and Next Generation business successors.
The Young Indians (Yi) wing of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will host its flagship national financial entrepreneurship summit “YiFi 2026” at The Residency Signature hotel on airport road at Perungudi in Madurai with a clear focus on promoting entrepreneurship to the next level.
Ms.S.Keerthana, Tamil Nadu Minister for Industries and Investment Promotion, will inaugurate the summit in Madurai on July 17th 2026 while Union Finance Minister Mrs.Nirmala Sitharaman will address a special plenary session on July 18th 2026.
“YiFI 2026 will equip with practical insights and right connections. The delegates will be inspired by new opportunities and partnerships that will create long lasting professional relationships,” Ms.Namrata Bhatt, National Chair Entrepreneurship CII’s Young Indians, has conveyed from Madurai today.
Around 600 entrepreneurs, family business leaders and next generation business owners from 71 Yi Chapters in the country are converging in Madurai to attend this two-day summit on July 17th and 18th which will have several sessions on “Building Billion Dollar Businesses: The Mindset, Money and Mistakes”, Building Startups and AI etc besides sessions on scaling with purpose, where smart money is moving, future of wealth creation, how to build an enduing enterprise etc.
Key speakers at this Madurai YiFi 2026 summit include Mr.Chandrajit Banerjee, Director General of Confederation of Indian Industry and Mr.P.Ravichandran, Chairman, CII Southern Region along with Mr.J.Murugavel, Vice-Chairman, CII Tamil Nadu who is the founder CMD and CEO of matrimony.com, according to a press release here today.

The theme of YiFi 2026 summit is “Entrepreneurship Beyond Boundaries” and the objective is to create a dynamic platform for India’s emerging businesses and emerging leaders by giving valuable insights into finance, innovation and leadership along with practical knowledge on capital markets, governance, investment opportunities and sustainable business growth.
“Indian entrepreneurship in future will be decided by not just a few metro cities but by young ambitious entrepreneurs from cities like Madurai. This summit will contribute to ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ goals,” Mr.Arun Rathod, National Chairman of CII’s Young Indians told the media in Madurai today while stressing that Madurai summit on July 17th and 18th will serve as a catalyst for entrepreneurial growth to explore innovative financial solutions and understand the current market trends.
