MADURAI: The much-awaited election campaign of former BJP State president Mr.K.Annamalai in Madurai is scheduled to take place on April 12th 2026 evening.
He will address a public meeting at Teppakulam in Madurai city in support of BJP Madurai South assembly constituency candidate Prof.Raama Sreenivasan and for NDA candidates here.
“On April 12th 2026, Mr.Annamalai will campaign in Madurai South areas and speak at a massive public meeting for our party and for the victory of our alliance parties AIADMK and others in Madurai region. Our top national leader and Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Mr.Piyush Goyal is also coming to Madurai on the same day for this important public meeting. And, our BJP national president Mr.Nitin Nabin is also coming to Madurai to do election campaign for our party,” the BJP Madurai South candidate Prof.Raama Sreenivasan told reporters at a press meet held at BJP office in Bibikulam in Madurai today-April 10th 2026.
The Madurai South candidate Prof.Raama Sreenivasan of BJP also said that a special manifesto exclusively for Madurai South assembly constituency will be released very soon by highlighting the specific needs of people in that area by covering all the 14 wards where the people are asking for underground drainage, drinking water and other just basic needs.
