
MADURAI: On behalf of Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam devotees in Madurai, a devotional event is going to be organized at Tirupati on July 29th 2025 as ‘Bhiksha Vandhanam’ to enable them to give offerings and donations for the service activities of Kanchi Mutt activities.
The special committee which was formed to elicit funds through ‘Bhiksha Vandhanam’ has issued a press release from Madurai today giving information about the fund-raising called as ‘Guru Kaingaryam’ that will be done during the ‘Chaturmasya’ period when the devotees of Kanchi Mutt will offer their traditional offerings, alms and donations to service projects done in the name of Kanchi Sankaracharya for public welfare and assistance.
“Both the Sankaracharyas of Kancheepuram Math will be there in Tirupati on July 29th 2025 at Vinayaka Nagar in Tirupati. On behalf of Kanchi devotees from Madurai, there will be a special program on July 29th at Tirupati from morning 8 am onwards. A special 11-member committee has been constituted from Madurai for donations raising from devotees. Those who want to contribute to Kanchi Mutt activities by Madurai team can contact Mr.L.Venkatesan, V.Sriraman, advocate Pudur V.Ramakrishnan, Nellai Balu, auditor A.P.Sundar, businessman M.R.Prabhu and K.Sivaraman,” according to a press release issued from Madurai today by the donations committee.
