MADURAI: The Lok Sabha election 2024 of Madurai Parliament constituency is gong to witness not only the candidates of political parties but also some interesting independent candidates.
Mr.MM Gopison, who is aged just 38 yrs, is contesting as an independent candidate from Madurai Lok Sabha Constituency for the elections scheduled for April 19th 2024 on ‘Road Roller’ symbol. He is a civil engineer by profession and is engaged as a builder and a developer.
He is also secretary of Rotary Club of Madurai Royal, and is a Board of Director of business networking forum called BMC (Business Master Communion).
Mr.Gopison has prepared a special manifesto for the Madurai Lok Sabha constituency focusing on the development of Madurai tier-II city based on the recent master plan given for Madurai city, keeping attention on hotels, restaurants, tourist spots, export business potential, developing Madurai Airport International Terminal building, electric train, metro rail, IT corridor-SEZ and entrepreneurs zone, bio waste management, rice mill location issue, getting NIPER, IIM-IIT-IBM etc for Madurai besides focusing on developing the civic infrastructure facilities in Madurai along with agriculture needs and setting up agrimarket hub.
