MADURAI: Dr.Vaidehi Vijayakumar, Vice-Chancellor of Mother Teresa Women’s University at Kodaikanal, has tested positive for Coronavirus infection today. On 9th July 2020, she was admitted in Kauvery Hospital in Chennai for COVID treatment, sources told ‘Lotus Times’ news website here today.
It was learnt that she had gone to Chennai about 10 days back and got infected there. Her chamber in the university at Kodaikanal and other important places in the varsity are being disinfected and officials are on complete alert, sources added.
