MADURAI: A reunion meet of old friends and classmates of 1999-2003 mechanical engineering batch students at Sethu Institute of Technology (SIT) campus on August 16th 2026 near Madurai had brought the old memories fresh into the campus as the alumni had shared their bond and commitment for the college where studied and now made a career for their life.
The Sethu Institute of Technology Alumni Association (SITAA) had hosted a reunion of the mechanical engineering batch of 1999-2003 at SIT campus and alumni who are working in government sector and various MNCs across India and abroad had participated happily in this old friends reunion alumni meet in our campus and they also reaffirmed their commitment to the growth and development of this institution, according to a press release received from Sethu Institute of Technology which is situated near Madurai.
S.Mohamed Jaleel, founder and chairman of SIT, Mr.S.M.Seeni Mohaideen, CEO and Dr.S.M.Mohamed Aliyar Maraikkayar, Joint CEO were among those present at the alumni reunion meet on Sunday-August 16th 2026- along with SIT Directors Ms.S.M.Nilofer Fathima and Dr.S.M.Nazia Fathima, the press release added.
SIT Principal Dr.G.D.Sivakumar and Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering Department Dr.K.Arun Balasubramanian had greeted the old students of SIT who came passionately to their old college campus and this alumni reunion meet of 1999-2003 mechanical engineering batch of SIT was organized by SITAA president Dr.Narendra Kumar and secretary Mr.Ahamed Sheriff.
