MADURAI: Top career consultant from Tamil Nadu Mr.Jayaprakash Gandhi who is well-known as ‘education futurist’ especially in the field of engineering courses has started assisting students with their Ph.D. topic selection and also providing post-doctoral guidance.
“Career guidance encompasses more than initial academic choices following secondary education. It represents an ongoing process of support throughout an individual’s professional trajectory. Mr.Jayaprakash Gandhi has said in July 2026 (during this engineering admissions TNEA 2026 counselling period) that he had observed a recent proliferation of career consultants on social media who are just primarily focusing on engineering disciplines and branch selection.
“A career consultant must give guidance on navigating contemporary job market demands and selecting appropriate postgraduate programs. There should be a continuous engagement for career development ideas. Career consultant must be able to advise on evolving technological landscape, future skill requirements and various PG examinations. So, I am also assisting on Ph.D. topic selection along with career opportunities,” he added.
The renowned career consultant from Tamil Nadu Mr.Jayaprakash Gandhi has also prosed a complete reconsideration of current NEET examination system and he says that admissions could effectively be determined by Board examination results if a right model is adopted.
