MADURAI: The sacred ‘prasadam’ of Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple in Madurai was presented to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr.C.Joseph Vijay in Chennai yesterday.
After a gap of 17 years, the ‘Maha Kumbabhishekam’ of world renowned Arulmigu Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple was conducted here in a grand manner on September 17th 2026.
Mr.S.Ramesh, Minister for Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department (HR&CE), met the Chief Minister in Chennai on September 21st 2026 and personally presented the sacred prasadam to him, according to information given to the media today and also added that Mr.Vijay had conveyed his appreciation for the successful conduct of Meenakshi Temple consecration ceremony in a magnificient manner.
