MADURAI: For the convenience of people who are residing in Madurai Corporation area to lodge their public grievances, the Madurai corporation authorities have given two mobile numbers to lodge their complaints and public grievances on civic issues in their locality.
People can contact mobile number 90039-90030 and tell their civic grievance in their area directly or by whatsapp number 96001-12811, according to a press release from Madurai Corporation here on May 24th 2026.
“To lodge their grievances or make complaint about corporation services, the people in 100 wards of Madurai city can contact these mobile numbers and tell their issues especially for drinking water, street lights, sewage, drainage issues, road repairs etc. These numbers will help in grievance redressal of people in Madurai corporation area. Immediate action will be taken to solve the complaints by concerned authorities of Madurai Corporation in those areas,” the press release added.
The public can also reach the Madurai Corporation app- smartmadurai- and 24-hour control room by connecting their complaints with these two numbers.
