‘Viksit Bihar’ campaign begins to inspire youth for growth and development of Bihar; Educationist launches special drive across State

MADURAI: Renowned educationist and social activist in north India Dr.Birbal Jha has commenced youth awakening journey in the State of Bihar with his ‘Viksit Bharat, Viksit Bihar’ drive and addressing students at Darbhanga in Bihar on April 25th 2025.

He motivated the students at Mahatma Gandhi Shikshan Sansthan in Darbhanga as a part of his State-wide initiative in Bihar where he is mobilising youth towards self-reliance.

“A developed India by 2047 hinges on an awakened Bihar. Let us not wait for change, let us be the change”, Dr.Birbal Jha had urged the students at Darbhanga after his visit to Madhubani. He stressed that Bihar must also grow if Bharat has to be truly developed.

Dr.Jha is the founder of British Lingua and he has trained several thousands of youth from underprivileged backgrounds in language, English speaking and life skills through his special initiative called ‘English for Social Justice’. With over 58 per cent of Bihar population being youth, Dr.Jha’s movement is being seen as a transformative yatra that will unveil plans to integrate regional growth model for Bihar along with national aspirations.

“The mission is clear. Bihar’s rise is India’s rise. Through education and civic participation, a Viksit Bihar begins and Viksit Bharat becomes a reality. In his visit to Mithila in Bihar, he connected with the youth there and encouraged them to take charge of their future and Viksit Bihar,” according to a press release on April 25th 2025.
