Lady Doak College enters into MoU with Suji Healthcare in Madurai to enhance students’ skills for health sector

MADURAI: Suji Healthcare Pvt Ltd and Lady Doak College in Madurai have entered into a collaboration to enhance the skills of students and churn out equipped talent required for health sector.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in the college campus here today-April 23rd 2025-and the collaboration was formalized by Lady Doak College Principal and Secretary Dr.R.Beulah Jeyashree and Suji Healthcare Pvt Ltd executive director Mr.T.Murugesan, according to a press release.

The partnership offers structured skill development, research and training programmes in healthcare management and economics.

Suji Healthcare Pvt Ltd was established in the year 2016 and it has built a good network of leading hospitals, specialized doctors and healthcare organizations thereby ensuring that individuals receive comprehensive medical services and best treatment options, the press release added.

The MoU provides the students with good scope for healthcare education and community engagement besides practical exposure through internship opportunities at Suji Healthcare in Madurai. Among those who were present at the MoU signing ceremony today were LDC faculty Dr.P.Devi Priya, associate professor, Dr.Anitha Selvaraj,assistant professor and Mr.Sivagnana Sambanthan, PRO, Sugapriya Hospital in Madurai.
