MADURAI: A loan mela was conducted at MADITSSIA Hall in Madurai today- May 22nd 2024- to create a platform for bank loan opportunities that are available for trade and business, getting bank loan for starting new businesses, service sector, home loan, vehicle loan etc.
This loan mela was organised by Madurai District Tiny and Small Scale Industries Association (MADITSSIA) here today in which three banks had participated by offering their bank products and schemes- State Bank of India, Central Bank of India and Equitas Small Finance Bank.
Mr.Rm.Lakshminarayanan, MADITSSIA president and bank officials- Mr.K.M.Venkatesh (Chief Manager-Madurai Region) from Central Bank of India, Mr.V.Valli Rajan (Regional Credit Manager) from Equitas Small Finance Bank and Mr.Panneerselvam, Regional Manager (SME) from State Bank of India, took part in the loan mela inaugural function at MADITSSIA Hall in Madurai today and gave an overview about the loan schemes available from their banks.
“Our objective from this loan mela today is to provide loan opportunities to small traders, small industries and MSMEs besides the people with start-up business units. They need capital support for their business ventures and ideas. Now, the banks are coming to your doorsteps through these loan melas. We want to make it easy for the loan seekers who want bank loans,” the bank officials and MADITSSIA team told ‘Lotus Times’ news website here today-May 22nd 2024.
