CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu Governor Mr.R.N.Ravi has today expressed his condolences to the family and followers of world renowned ophthalmology expert, eye specialist Dr.S.S.Badrinath, founder of world famous Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai, who had passed away on November 21st 2023.
