MADURAI: The Principal and Secretary of American College in Madurai Dr.M.Davamani Christober got elected as Syndicate member of MKU here on March 3rd 2023. Election to the MKU Syndicate was held today to elect three members to the MKU Syndicate from Academic Council, of whom two members are from the category of teachers of affiliated colleges and one member other than a teacher of affiliated college. Totally there are 136 votes of which 129 votes were polled in today’s election.
VIRUDHUNAGAR COLLEGE:
Another member who got elected as MKU Syndicate member is Dr.R.Shanmugavel, Associate Professor, Department of Physics, VHNS Nadar College (Autonomous), Virudhunagar. Dr.Davamani Christober told ‘Lotustimes’ that it is a collective effort of MUTA, MUFA and College principals and TNGCTA and various other Associations.
“I will work for the betterment of MKU” he said.
