MADURAI: A free vaccination camp to administer COVID vaccine to general public was held in Madurai today- on 28th May 2021. This vaccination camp was jointly organized by Hotel Heritage Residency, health department, Food Safety wing and the Women’s Studies Centre of Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU). The camp was organized at Madurai Heritage Residency Hotel (Bypass Road) for those people in the 18 yrs to 44 yrs age group where they were administered Corona vaccine in this free camp.
Mr.N.Jegatheesan, partner, Heritage Residency Hotel, Dr.M.V.Arjunkumar, Deputy Director of Health Services-Madurai district, Dr.V.Jayaram, Designated Officer for Food Safety- Madurai district, Mr.K.L.Kumar, president, Madurai District Hotel Owners’ Association and Dr.R.Radhika, Director, MKU Women’s Studies Centre were among those present, a press release informed here today.
