CHENNAI: Due to Corona virus scare and a preventive measure, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Mr.Edapadi K.Palanisamy had today announced holidays for students up to 5th standard in all schools in the State till 31st March 2020.
All nursery schools LKG, UKG and primary elementary schools will have no classes till 31st March 2020, a press release from Chief Minister informed here today.
Also, the CM and State government today announced that shopping malls and cinema theatres in border taluks in border districts will remain shutdown because of corona virus prevention measures.
These districts include Theni, Kanyakumari, Tirupur, Coimbatore, No;giris, Krishnagiri, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Tiruvallur, Vellore, Tirupathur, Ranipet, Erode, Dindigul, Dharmapuri and Virudhunagar, the press release from Chief Minister said.
