MADURAI: The annual consumer products expo conducted by the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Madurai is an important event for people of Madurai district and surrounding districts.
The chamber expo was successfully conducted for 17 days at Tamukkam Grounds from 20th December 2019 to 5th January 2020. And, there were lucky dips to the visitors, buyers and consumers. Prizes and names of winners were announced at a function held in which Minister Mr.R.B.Udayakumar, Madurai district collector Dr.T.G.Vinay, MLA Dr.S.S.Saravanan and others participated.
Accordingly, prizes were distributed to the lucky winners on 28th January 2020. Mrs.Shasgeetha got Maruti Alto car, Mr.Deeparaj (K.Pudur Madurai) received motorcycle and special prize TVS Scooty was given to Bhoopathy of Dindigul.
Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Mr.N.Jegatheesan, senior president Mr.S.Rethinavelu, chamber honorary secretary Mr.J.Selvam and others were present on this occasion, according to a press release received here today.
