MADURAI: New students who had joined in Nagarathinam Angalammal Arts and Science College near Madurai airport had a vibrant induction programme in the campus yesterday- June 23rd 2025- with a Freshers Day for first year students.
Dr.S.Premanand, HR expert and consultant for learning and development, who was the chief guest for induction event had motivated the new students to excel academically and also make use of the cultural environment, according to a press release from the college.
Dr.N.Jegatheesan, Secretary and Correspondent, NAAS College, had presided over the freshers induction ceremony while Ms.K.Backiya Lakshmi, Dean and Head, Department of Computer Science had felicitated the newcomers who were entertained by seniors by hosting fresher’s party with good cultural programmes.
Dr.V.Vasanthakumar, Principal, welcomed the gathering and Mrs.R.Aruna, Head, Department of Mathematics, had proposed a vote of thanks.
