MADURAI: The political heat is rising in Tamil Nadu as the Assembly elections for Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly for 2021 are coming closer. Today- on 27th December 2020- the AIADMK had launched its poll campaign from Chennai with EPS-OPS and senior leaders on stage, and actor Rajinikanth is set to announce launch of his new proposed political party.
They can contest alone, or parties in Tamil Nadu can come together for a new coalition-alliance. But it will be prudent for the Tamil Nadu parties to avoid or rather ignore an alliance with the BJP in their own interest because the sentiments of Tamil Nadu electorate, the manner in which Dravidian parties were criticized, the words and language used by the Tamil Nadu BJP and national BJP leaders are very hurting.
Keep the BJP at a distance from this Dravidian land. The AIADMK and Rajinikanth team should think of Tamil Nadu’s self esteem, pride of Tamils and regional identity. Please take a cue from late Jayalalalithaa. The people of Tamil Nadu are true nationalists, and they will support the local parties only. We are also true nationalist patriots.
