MADURAI: The new office-bearers of Madurai Kamaraj University Pensioners’ Association for the period 2025-28 were elected at the general body meeting of the association held in Madurai yesterday-August 10th 2025.
Dr.A.Srinivasan was again elected as president while Mr.T.P.Giridharan is the new secretary of MKU Pensioners’ Association. While Mr.T.Zaffarulla was chosen to be the vice-president, Mr.S.Balagurusamy will be the association treasurer and Mr.K.Nataraj is the joint secretary, according to a press release received from the association here today.
The new Executive Committee (EC) members are Dr.C.Saradhambal, Mr.T.Sooriyanarayanan, Mr.I.Selvaganesan, Mr.T.P.Omprakash, Mr.N.K.Premsekar, Mr.A.Adhimoolam, Mr.V.Jothi Vairavan and Mr.S.Karuppasamy, the press release said.
The new office-bearers team of MKU Pensioners’ Association met the varsity Registrar in-charge Prof.M.Ramakrishnan in his chamber today and said that they will continue to extend their support for the progress and development of MKU and welfare of the university pensioners.
