MADURAI: In view of the lock down in Tamil Nadu from 10.05.2021, continuing pandemic and poor patronage for Railway reservation at various stations, to ensure safety of public and staff it has been decided to temporarily close the following 13 Railway reservation centres over Madurai Division from 16.05.2021(Sunday) to 23.05.2021 (till the period of lockdown), according to a press release received from the Madurai Division of Southern Railway in Madurai today. The train ticket counters are:

- Kallidaikurichi
- Kurumbur
- Metur
- Kizhapuliyur
- Pamban
- Palayamkottai
- Pettai
