MADURAI: The Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) has sent a legal notice to the ‘Lotus Times’ website here for publishing a few news reports on the grievances of employees, allegations of irregularities in distance education wing and the plight of some Scheduled Caste staff in the university and various other issues in the MKU campus in the last two months.
This legal notice was sent on 5th September 2020 because ‘Lotus Times’ had carried news reports based on information received from within the varsity.
