MADURAI: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which is surging ahead with its public activities and the resultant people’s support in Madurai region, is set to get a further boost with the visit of party’s senior leader and Union Law Minister Mr.Ravi Shankar Prasad to Madurai city on February 15th 2019 Friday.
One of the top leaders of BJP and an erudite / eloquent / expressive strategist / voices in the Union Cabinet of Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi, is coming to this temple city of Madurai with a very important agenda in the run up to 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
MEETING WITH SOCIAL LEADERS:
In the backdrop of BJP’s rising base and public esteem because of its people-centric issue approach through party’s organisation and political activities, Mr.Ravi Shankar Prasad will meet social – community leaders at MADITSSIA Hall in Madurai city.
1. Representatives of OCs – general category – will thank the visiting Union Law Minister for the 10 per cent EBC reservation provided recently by Modi Govt.
2. Similarly, the OBCs will felicitate – honor him for the OBC Commission which is seen as a huge step for social justice to a vast section of our country’s population.

Likewise, the representatives of Devendra Kula Velalar community people in Tamil Nadu will convey their thanks to Modi government for the PM’s support for justice to their community in his public meeting speech in Madurai on January 27th 2019. Other communities too are keen to meet Mr.Ravi Shankar Prasad in Madurai during his visit to Madurai on Feb 15th 2019.

The BJP functionaries will be given a focused direction by senior national leader Mr.Prasad when he speaks to them at a specially organised meeting ‘SAKTHI KENDRA SAMMELAN’ – near Othakadai ( venue is Rajagambhiram).
Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan has said that booth level functionaries / sakthi kendra in-charges from four Lok Sabha constituencies – Madurai, Dindigul, Theni and Virudhunagar – will attend this important meeting in Madurai with the Union Law Minister.

Mr.Prasad’s meetings in Madurai assume significance because the people know that BJP is has gained ground, receiving support from communities, business and industry, trade organisations and downtrodden people since it was able to take up their issues at relevant forums / State and central governments.
