MADURAI: ‘AYUSHMAN BHARAT,’ which is one of the flagship welfare schemes of Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi’s Government for people’s healthcare was taken to the beneficiaries through a special camp at Melamadai in Madurai city WARD 30 on February 3rd 2019 Sunday.
BJP functionaries of Ward 30 Melamadai / Pudur Mandal and Madurai Urban district unit had organized this camp to handover the PM Modi’s health insurance benefit cover of Rs.5 lakhs per family to several families in Ward 30 – Melamadai (near Gomathipuram) in Madurai.

Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi had announced ‘Ayushman Bharat’ national health protection scheme or called as Prime Minister’s Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) as a Centrally sponsored scheme for cashless medical care for poor / deprived families for their healthcare benefits with no premium.
There was a very good turnout in Madurai city Ward 30 – Melamadai area- to receive the PM’s health insurance scheme covers sent to them by the government, thanks to the direct connect of Modi government with the local people.
